Lavita is the visionary leader and critical decision maker. She has 24 plus years of experience and judgement in Real Estate Management.  In her role, she plans and directs all aspects of the organization's policies, objectives, and initiatives to accomplish LARS Properties goals. Her hands on approach is the driving force behind the growth and direction of the company.

Director of Field Operations

John brings over 36 years of experience in carpentry which includes general repairs, light electrical, light plumbing and light concrete. His other various capabilities also include some light roofing, remodeling tasks such as rough and finish carpentry, drywall hanging & patching, installing windows and doors, yard work/maintenance, general cleaning, and painting. He has been a valuable member of the LARS, LLC team for over 10 years

Executive Vice President

Ron has had careers in residential and commercial banking which included facilitating Fannie Mae, FHA, and 203k home rehabilitation mortgages. Ron has over 25 years of experience in property management. He also served on the board of First City Bank.
